The Sites is a website builder. Our customers publish their own sites on todaysites.com subdomains and on their own custom domains. If you have found a site published through us that is phishing, distributing malware, impersonating another organisation, or otherwise breaking our Terms, tell us and we will take it down.

How to report

Email [email protected]. This inbox is monitored and we aim to acknowledge every report within two business days.

What to include

• The full URL of the offending page, not just the domain.
• What is wrong with it — phishing, malware, impersonation, spam, or something else.
• If it impersonates an organisation, which one. If you represent that organisation, say so; we will prioritise it.
• A screenshot, if you have one.

What happens next

We review every report. Confirmed phishing and malware are unpublished immediately, without waiting for the customer to respond, and the account is suspended. For other violations we contact the customer first. We will tell you the outcome if you ask.
